In conjunction with the book we have put together all the video footage available of Joe discussing and demonstrating his cells.
Some of the footage was shot with the ASTRO group where various Hydrogen Cell techniques are tested and discussed. However Joe also discusses many aspects of his own cells which should not be confused with Hydrogen cells. The 'Joe Cell' is NOT a Hydrogen Cell. However, as you will see on the video, Joe does light the bubbles in his cells to demonstrate the different gases which the cells produce. The potency of the gas is determined by the loudness and sharpness of the explosions. In fact when the gas is at full potency the explosion may cause temporary deafness or ringing in the ears. We advise you take appropriate protective measures. The point to remember is that the potency demonstrated by the explosiveness of the gas is a technique to determine the potency of the ENERGY in the cell. It is the ENERGY captured in the cell that in turn CHARGES the motor, and thus the air that flows through the motor. You can imagine that the air is raised to a higher ENERGY STATE because of the CHARGE conveyed from the cell / Water, to the engine block. This connection is not necessarily to the vacuum manifold, but to the solid metal of the block it self, or to a solid piece of the carburetter or manifold. This idea may take abit of getting your mind around but if you look at the device as an ENERGY ACCUMULATOR , rather than a gas cell, it may start to click in. As you become more familiar with the characteristics of the cells, you will find that you will instinctively know when it is at full potency. The last section where Joe demonstrates his hardware in his own shed is very important as he is showing the genuine 'Joe Cells'.
