This cone comes with an optional right angle out-let tube which can be 5/8 inch to suit automotive hose sizes or 3/4 inch or 1 inch out - let tube.
Please specify which size you want. The 5/8 inch size will be the standard size or default size from now on unless otherwise specified.
If you wish we can supply the cone without the exit tubing and simply leave a hole at the apex of the cone at the desired size. Your hole size options are 1 inch, 3/4 inch or default size 5/8 inch. This gives you much flexibility for your design variations and with the simple PRESS ON Fit CONE,it is at a reasonable cost.
Simply tap on the cone or tap it off. Always be careful not to cause damage when doing this. To seal the cone use marine SIKAFLEX( white ) around the top of the cylinder but down from the top so that the seal is around the bottom of the cone ring and not where the top of the outer casing tube meets the beginning of the tapered cone. This must be a 'metal to metal connection' so as not to interfere with the 'FIELDS OF THE CELL'
You may also like to experiment with a machined Aluminium top as described in the book by Barry Hilton ( How to run your car on Zero Point Energy ) This way you can machine a flare fitting as part of the top and make the top as a press fit into the 5 inch outer casing.
One important advantage is that you have NO welds which Joe is always concerned about as welds will upset the fields of the cell and possibly hinder the 'energy flow' . That is why we heat treat the Stainless tubing and fabrications to eliminate the para magnetism.
We do not wish to say that there is any 'RIGHT or WRONG' way as there is still much to learn about different techniques.
