JOE CELL KITS & MANUALS

'CHARGING CELL 5' TUBE SET (5x5)

When you find a water that takes some time to contaminate, and after you have allowed the cell to settle out, you can syphon out the clear water with a plastic tube from the half way point in the cell. You will probably find sludge on the surface as well as on the bottom, so simply take out the clear water from inbetween. Throw the sludge water to waste and rinse out the cell. You may put the clear water back in the cell and top up and continue the charging process until very potent. Then put it into your car cell as per manuals.
You can process many batches of water using the charging cell and store up some charged water for further experiments

TO POLISH: Take a piece of 1" Dia. tubing about 20" Long and glue a piece of cork gasket material 12 inches long around the circumference of the tubing at one end. Wrap the sheets of wet and dry tightly around the corked tubing and secure with a hose clamp on the inner end of the wet and dry. Secure the tubing in the lathe head and spin at a high speed. Apply water to the spinning wet and dry paper and firmly hold and rotate the inner tubes and cannisters over the spinning wet and dry. This process will quickly polish the interior of the tubes. You may start with a 400, then 800 and 1200 grades to finish off.
To polish the outer surfaces of the tubes you will need to set them up in the lathe and spin them at a reasonable speed using the hand held wet and dry paper in the various grades as mentioned above.
Machine two circles in wood, plastic or steel to fit the inner tube size and make an appropriate spacer to seperate the two disks, so that the tubing can be mounted in the chuck and supported by a live centre on the other end. This prevents the long tubes from coming out of the chuck of the lathe. HAPPY POLISHING!!

RE HEAT TREATMENT:

We have found that heat treatment will remove all para-magnetism which is mainly in the seam weld. The Kits are all heat treated to minimise the residual magnetism.
