Barry has written the version as told by Joe as to how he created his first Joe Cells and the amazing discovery that these 'energy cells' could actually run an automotive engine.
Joe is not a scientist but is very intuitive and inventive. Over the years he has gained a profound and instinctive knowledge of the cell technology which Barry has transcribed into this book.
At the time of writing this book, there was very little understanding as to how the cell actually worked. The Author does attempt to explain the possibility of tapping into Zero Point Energy which in one way or another must be true. One may argue about terminologies used, however, the main point is that the Author has tried to faithfully present the construction details and the techniques used by Joe himself, as told to Barry Hilton by Joe.
