I suggest you
download the PDF file from http://www.cseti.org

What's New (1.3Mb). It's quite technical but has some good diagrams at
the end of the paper that helps in the understanding. Trevor
A scientific team headed
by Dr. Tom Bearden announced yesterday that they have developed and tested
a new Overunity device that produces a Coefficient of Performance of 5.
This means that it
puts out five times as much power as is fed into it, making up the difference
by extracting free energy from the vacuum. Essentially it can be considered
as a battery that never runs down.
Later models of this
breakthrough device are expected to produce COP's in the region of 30.
The device is known
as a Motionless Electromagnetic Generator, has no moving parts, and is
based on magnetic principles that were only able to be utilized when Honeywell
produced a new nanocrystalline material which became available last year.
A paper containing
full details and diagrams about the device can be downloaded from the CSETI
Website under What's New (1.3Mb)
This paper is also
being carried on the Department of Energy Website.
